The Man From The Ministry

Suzanne has just lost an appeal against a driving ban but she knows that the man from the ministry lives locally and he has a reputation for liking ladies bottoms and in particular spanking them. She goes to his house with a new red paddle in her handbag and tempts the poor man into beating her bare bottom. He does not put up much of a fight but Suzanne is surprised at the severity of the beating, but she has made an agreement and has to see it through.
